40 hours a week, the same face every day
Weekday in-home care in Atlanta
CrossleyCare weekday care is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with one caregiver for the long term. They arrive each morning, know exactly how your loved one likes things, and go home each evening.
What it is
Weekday care is full-time, non-medical help at home: 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with the same caregiver every day. We agree the daily hours with you before care begins, and they stay steady.
No guest quarters are needed. It suits families where evenings and weekends are already covered by a spouse, family nearby, or your loved one's own independence.
What the caregiver helps with
- Companionship and conversation through the day
- Getting up, dressed, and ready
- Preparing meals and tidying up afterward
- Laundry and light tidying of your loved one's own living space
- Keeping up with routines, hobbies, and appointments
Exact duties are agreed in writing before care begins.
Good to know
- One caregiver, every weekday, for the long term
- Existing clients can add weekend care, 16 or 24 hours a weekend
- We help you plan ahead for the caregiver's vacation and sick days, which the family covers
What it isn't
- Not part-time. Weekday care is 40 hours a week.
- Not overnight or 24-hour care
- Not medical or nursing care
- No substitute caregivers. We do not send backup cover.
Is it right for you?
Weekday care tends to suit families when
- Your loved one is mostly independent and does well in the evenings
- Someone else is around at night and on weekends, or they are comfortable on their own
- There is no private space for a live-in caregiver, or you would simply prefer they go home
- You can comfortably afford full-time private care for years

The fit check
See if we're a good fit
A few friendly questions, about three minutes. You'll get an honest answer right away. If it looks like a fit, a member of our family will follow up, usually the same business day.
