About us
A family-owned home care business, run by a family
CrossleyCare is a family-owned, non-medical in-home care service in metro Atlanta, run by the Crossley family. We do one thing: match one steady caregiver with one family, for years.
Our story starts at home
CrossleyCare is modeled on someone close to us. The career caregiver in our family has done this work her whole working life, and in seventeen years she has had three clients. Her career is the model for this business: one family, one caregiver, for years.
We built CrossleyCare around that idea, and we run it ourselves. When you reach out, you talk with a member of our family. We visit your home ourselves, introduce your caregiver ourselves, and stay involved for as long as we care for yours.
We are not a franchise, and we are not trying to be the biggest home care company in Atlanta. We would rather care for a small number of families very well.

What we believe
Honesty first
We tell families plainly what we do and what we don't, including when we are not the right fit.
Steadiness over convenience
One caregiver who knows your loved one is worth more than a rotating team that is always available.
Caregivers deserve respect
We pay above the market rate and treat caregivers as the professionals they are. That is why they stay.
Discretion
Your family's details stay private. We never sell or share them.
What we do
Long-term, non-medical care at home across metro Atlanta
- Live-in companion care: a caregiver who lives in your parent's guest quarters and works a set 8-hour day
- Weekday in-home care: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with the same caregiver every day
- For families in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, East Cobb, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and nearby
The fit check
See if we're a good fit
A few friendly questions, about three minutes. You'll get an honest answer right away. If it looks like a fit, a member of our family will follow up, usually the same business day.
